About Us

Jayant M Chavan & Co. Chartered Accountants is a reputed CA firm practicing into direct taxation, indirect taxation, and Statutory and Internal audits, Corporate Law, Financial Consultancy Service since November, 1994. We cater to Individual businesses, HUF businesses, Companies, Trusts, Cooperative Societies.

Over the years, the Firm has grown to a mid- sized single-window setup having 4 key personnel and a team of about 15 persons divided as 5 article assistants and 10 employees, of qualified, semi-qualified and others, who are technically competent, well trained, strongly motivated and have in-depth knowledge and rich experience.

The Firm is based at Thane. It has a two office premises, spread over 650 sq. feet and 400 sq. feet, consisting of state-of-the-art infrastructure. The firm has invested in a well-equipped Library, which ensures that the staff is abreast of all changes and developments in the relevant domain of the profession. It operates in a complete computerized environment consisting of 12 computers, 2 laser printers with the scanners and WIFI connectivity, and an ink jet printer.
